Is there any way to make this setup work? Maybe I could install M1 support onto Macbooks's OS somehow?.Apart from that, I assume that means that when I disconnect from iMac and want to use Macbook independently it will require reinstalling macOS once again, which is obviously suboptimal. I'm not a big fan of reinstalling the OS on the work laptop: I already have everything set up and I'm afraid that would mean I lose some of the settings. So, I'm looking for a way to save space and utilize the bigger screen on the iMac. I don't usually need to run them at the same time though. I have limited space on my desk, where I need to keep both computers while switching between them throughout the day.
